The Grain Of My Voice was exhibited as an interactive public experiment at Apiary Studios in London as part of the show ‘I Promise You...’in 2020 curated by Central Saint Martins University.

The viewer was invited to use touch to trigger the sound of my voice that was recorded by a piezoelectric crystal that I grew from a salt solution.

The speaker in the exhibition contained a puddle of the same salt solution. New crystals formed and grew throughout the course of the exhibition whilst the vibrations from the public interaction influenced the crystal formations that developed.
